This Croydon Hills cement tile roof had a heavily weathered, uneven surface and faded colour across the main roof planes and ridge work.
The weathered cement tiles required roof-wide preparation, repairs and ridge work before coating. A full restoration matched the extent of the documented surface condition.

After pressure cleaning and preparation, the ridge work was restored and the tiled roof was painted in Woodland Grey for a consistent finish across the complete roof.

The roof surface, ridge work and junctions were assessed to identify weathering and the preparation required before applying a new coating system.

The cement tiles were pressure cleaned to remove accumulated grime and loose surface material, leaving the roof ready for ridge work and coating.

Restore the ridges and paint
The ridge work was restored before the prepared roof received its Woodland Grey colour coating for an even, durable completed finish.
