Gable Roof Repair in Croydon Hills
The timber fascia and scotia boards along both sides of this Croydon Hills gable had deteriorated and required replacement rather than another surface-only repaint.

The deterioration was concentrated at the gable edge, including the fascia, scotia and bedding. The scope rebuilt those affected edge details without treating the rest of the roof as a coating project.
