Terracotta Roof Restoration in Mont Albert
Lichen and organic buildup had spread across this Mont Albert terracotta roof and obstructed the narrow watercourses that carry rainwater down the tiles.

Lichen, restricted watercourses, broken tiles and ridge deterioration called for cleaning and repair. The material-specific scope retained the natural terracotta appearance rather than applying a cement-tile coating process.

Replace broken tiles and repoint
Damaged tiles were replaced and the ridge caps were repointed to complete the restoration without painting over the natural terracotta surface.
