Cement Tile Roof Restoration in Bentleigh East
This Bentleigh East cement tile roof had a heavily weathered and uneven surface, with worn colour and ridge work requiring attention before recoating.
The cement-tile surface was weathered and the ridge lines needed repair, so the finish was renewed only after cleaning, tile work and repointing were completed.

After pressure cleaning and preparation, the ridge caps were repointed and the roof was painted in Monument for a consistent finish across the roof and street-facing elevation.

Inspect the weathered roof
The cement tiles and ridge work were assessed to identify worn surfaces, deteriorated pointing and areas requiring preparation before coating.

The tiled roof was pressure cleaned to remove accumulated grime and loose surface material, creating a suitable base for the restoration work.

Repoint and paint in Monument
The ridge caps were repointed and the prepared cement tiles were painted in the selected Monument colour for a uniform restored appearance.
