Terracotta Roof Restoration in Doncaster East
A weathered Doncaster East terracotta roof was cleaned, repaired and treated with a coating system designed for terracotta tiles.
The terracotta roof needed cleaning, replacement tiles and ridge repairs before its specified material-compatible treatment. The process was recorded separately from a conventional cement-tile colour coating.

Broken and damaged tiles were addressed, ridge work was repointed and the cleaned terracotta surface received Terra Glaze treatment while retaining its natural tonal variation.

Assess the terracotta roof
The roof condition was checked for broken tiles, deteriorated ridge work and the moss and grime visible across the terracotta surface.

Pressure clean and repair
The roof, gutters and fascias were pressure cleaned, damaged tiles were replaced and ridge caps were fully repointed with flexible pointing.

Apply the terracotta treatment
After preparation, Terra Glaze was applied as the specified finish for the terracotta tiles.
