Terracotta Roof Restoration in St Kilda
This St Kilda terracotta roof had extensive surface buildup across the tiles, together with broken tiles and deteriorated pointing along the ridge lines.

Surface buildup, broken tiles and deteriorated ridge pointing required cleaning and repair, while the terracotta tiles could retain their natural finish. The scope therefore focused on cleaning, tile replacement and repointing rather than painting.
