This Doncaster East cement tile roof had a weathered, uneven surface and required cleaning, broken-tile replacement and attention to the ridge pointing before it could be recoated.
The cement-tile surface was weathered but the roof remained suitable for repair and restoration. Tile and ridge work came before the specified Charcoal coating system.
